Protect your Green House this season with the Crocodile Trading range of Polytunnel Accessories... Crocodile Trading is rapidly continuing to expand the portfolio of products available to our customers. With the recent announcement of the ProMax (4m x 3.5m and 6m x 3.5m) and Pro+ (6m x 3m) tunnels, we now have available a selection of accessories to complement the range and help keep your greenhouse or poly tunnel in great shape all throughout the growing season. 1. Installation Kits: We have specific installation kits suitable for all of our tunnels. The main installation kit for the ProMax range consists of 8x hammer-in anchorage stakes and 3x 9m rolls of anti hotspot tape. The width of the ground bar on the ProMax Polytunnels is 32mm; meaning the anchorage stakes provided within this kit are suitable to fit securely over the greater diameter steel. The Anti Hotspot Tape supplied can line your structure to prevent the cover rubbing against the frame during adverse weather which in turn can prevent small holes from appearing in your covering. The tape is to be applied wherever the cover touches the frame. The second installation kit is more suited to our Pro+ range and consists of 8x auger screw pegs, 4x anchorage brackets and 2x 9m rolls of anti hotspot tape. The Pro+ polytunnels have ground bars of 25mm allowing the anchorage brackets to slot over and secure with two auger screw pegs at multiple intervals along the perimeter of the structure. The tape is to be used as instructed above. Other methods of securing the ground bars of the poly tunnels are single sets of pegs. 8 auger anchors are available for securing multiple attachments to a fixed point perhaps used internally instead of externally; whilst the 8 heavy duty tunnel anchors are for securing the ground bars more firmly, for example, having an additional two tunnel anchors per bay as opposed to single anchors. Crocodile Trading also stock anti hotspot tape as a stand alone product. Coming in 3, 4 or 5 roll packs ensures your tunnel is fully protected against the friction of the cover-to-frame caused by outdoor weather which prolongs the life expectancy of your cover. 2. Spare Parts: We understand the frustration caused by a damaged or lost bar or cover...we now stock covers and replacement bars to help complete your polytunnel. Repairs: Crocodile Trading also stock repair tape which can be used to repair any rips or tears that may appear in your poly tunnel cover. A self adhesive tape suitable for most structures and leaves a virtually transparent finish. All installation kits are subject to the conditions in which your structure is placed. You may need multiple kits or just the one depending on how exposed your structure is to the elements of adverse weather.
