The 3m x 6m (10' x 30' approx) Polytunnel is manufactured from weather resistant galvanised steel (25mm or 1" diameter frame) to protect against the elements and add extra rigidity. The Poly-Tunnel cover is manufatured from rip-stop, UV resistant, reinforced Polyethylene which adds superior strength over other similar and less quality Poly-Tunnels on the market. The covering is tough, durable, waterproof and rot proof.
As with all our poly tunnels, this product is uniquely fitted with added 25mm ground bars to complete the rigidity of the structure. This polytunnel comes complete with a "Fixing Kit" which includes ground anchorage brackets and 30cm anchorage stakes. Anchorage stakes give as rigid a fixing as possible - only fixing into concrete is a more effective alternative (which is far superior to using guy ropes). 4 Diagonal bracing bars to each corner of the frame, adds strength to the overall structure allowing it to keep firm and reduce twisting in wind.
Overall, the poly-tunnel provides a perfect shelter in which to grow fantastic crops. With this there is no need to buy from grocers not knowing how fresh or edible the fruit and veg is - grow your own and produce fresh veg with a crisper taste to complete meals such as salads, soups or broths; and fresh fruit which can be used on breakfast cereal instead of freeze-dried substitutes.
