We at Crocodile Trading Ltd have tried to make the shipping of all our products easy to understand. The following details apply to all products supplied by us.
All orders are subject to a small “Packing and Handling” charge (only one charge applies regardless of number of purchases) which will be generated at Add To Basket. Deliveries to Zone 1 are Free, deliveries to all other zones attract a delivery surcharge in line with what we are charged by our carriers.
Our daily shipping cut off is 1.00pm all orders placed before this time Monday to Friday will be shipped that day. All orders place after this period or out of our office hours will be dispatched the following working day.
Our shipping areas are broken down to Zones. Each product has a shipping cost which relates to a specific Zone and the cost of shipping will increase accordingly. For all orders located in Zones 2 - 5 please contact customer services for shipping costs.

Delivery times are between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a delivery time unless otherwise arranged.
At point of sale you will be asked to supply a daytime contact number, this is to assist in the speedy delivery of you purchase. Each shipping location has an estimated delivery time stipulated, Crocodile Trading Ltd do not accept liability for financial or other forms of loss and disruption caused by delivery delays.
We reserve the right to ship your item to the registered cardholders address only, due to anti-fraud reasons. For this reason we cannot guarantee compliance with specific delivery instructions. In the event that goods have not been delivered within the stated delivery time please email customer services who will email a consignment number to allow tracking of your item. Upon delivery it is the purchaser’s responsibility to check and sign for consignments. In the event where a consignment appears to be damaged please ensure that this is highlighted on the delivery couriers documentation. Please note signed for unchecked will not be accepted. A signed bill of delivery without description will invalidate any shipping insurance offered by the courier and could invalidate a products warranty. Refusal of delivery, where an item is refused without prior consent a charge of £15.00 will apply to all consignments to a maximum of £15.00 per delivery. In the event of refusal due to damage it should be made clear on the courier’s delivery notes that this is the case. This should also be reported to our customer services department within 12 hrs of event.
For international orders it may be the case that a purchase is subject to the relevant duty for that particular country. Crocodile Trading Ltd has no responsibility for these charges. Goods will be shipped as purchases and delivery notes will be marked as such. Requests to mark consignments as samples or parts will not be accepted. Duty costs are strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. We advise that if you have any doubt about charges you contact your local authority to clarify this situation. In the event that these charges are unpaid an item will be returned to Crocodile Trading Ltd until this situation is resolved or a refund is instructed, please view our returns policy.
