Our Customer Service Charter.

We at Crocodile Trading Ltd believe the keys to a successful business are the people who shop with us. Therefore you the customer are the must important part of our business.

We have taken measures where possible to provide the highest possible customer service and after sales care. We carry stocks of spare parts to replace damaged parts to your marquee, party-tent or polytunnel.

We endeavour to respond to your Customer Service enquiry during our business hours 9.00am till 5.00pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays. Please Note: Deliveries can take 1-2 working days if your order contains multiple boxes (Marquees fall under this category: please ensure you leave enough time before ordering as Public Holidays can interfear with delivery time frames).
